This riding school in Fife boasts over 300 acres of open farmland available for use along with old tracks and right of ways. Lessons are available from March to October/November. Particularly popular with children are half hour lessons followed by half hour hacks. Children (from the age of 5) often start with a half hour instructional hack before moving on to hourly sessions.
Hacks are extremely popular with all abilities catered for. Riders are usually split into two groups in the fields with the experienced going for a canter while the beginners/novices take a short cut for a walk and a small trot. Instruction is given as required.
The routes pass popular tourist attractions such as Scotstarvit Tower, and the National Trust's Hill of Tarvit Mansion House. On a clear day splendid views overlooking the Howe of Fife can also be enjoyed.
