Aabalree is the only Bed & Breakfast in central Dundee. We love to welcome travellers from near & far and have 33 beds across 14 rooms to suit all traveller types. We also take groups & parties upto 33 {plus extra beds available}. Aabalree is an eco-friendly guesthouse and we have various initiatives to do our part in saving the planet. We cook to order breakfast & to suit your dietry preferences/needs including vegan specials, to help with zero-waste goals we have made breakfast optional at only £5pp and you can now eat in your room or takeaway. We have in -house recycling, 100% LED illumination and zero-wate goals.
There is plenty to do in & around Dundee, from city breaks and beaches, to hill/mountain & water actvities. Here at Aabalree, we love to host visitors for all reasons and are more than happy to give you some ideas if you haven't had chance to plan..

You can explore Dundee by foot from our doorstep, there are some wonderful heritage, extinct volcano, and riverside walks and you'll never be far from shopping areas and the many independant restaurants, cafes & bars that Dundee has to offer.
Our positive and creative environment provides you with unique accommodation, perfect for city breaks and attending events at city centre venues such as Fat Sams, Slessor Gardens, Caird Hall, Dundee REP, Whitehall Theatre and the DCA. Aabalree is popular with those who like to play or watch golf at nearby championship courses of St Andrews & Carnoustie Links. Aabalree is also a homely place to stay if you find yourself working or studying in Dundee, we're within easy walking distance to Abertay and the University of Dundee and there are regular bus links to Ninewells Hospital.
