Craich Cottage has been recently renovated and extended to provide self-catering accommodation for up to six people in one double and two twin-bedded rooms.

Craich Cottage is totally self-contained with its own private garden and is situated on a small, quiet working farm in the Donside area of rural Aberdeenshire. Located at the eastern edge of the Grampians it is ideally located for easy access to the attractions of the Whisky and Castle trails, to Aberdeen and to the beaches and coast of Aberdeenshire. In addition to sheep and cattle in nearby fields (including Highland cattle) there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen around and about the cottage. There are a wide variety of activities within easy reach of the cottage including fishing, golfing and walking.

In the short term during the COVID-19 restrictions, for our guests peace-of-mind, we are introducing a minimum 4 day quarantine/cleaning period before the next booking. We will also be providing hand sanitiser for use whenever guests return to the cottage, and a coronavirus cleaner to allow guests to clean handles and surfaces frequently during their stay. The usual books, games and DVDs will be available but we ask that guests put aside any that they make use of to allow us to clean and quarantine them before reintroducing them for future use. We would also ask our guests to strip their beds on departure and place linen and towels in bags that we shall provide

In spite of these minor restrictions we look forward to welcoming our guests and hope everyone will enjoy their stay.
