Clutha Cottage is a spacious cottage surrounded by neighbouring fields and woodland. It has the added delight of opening directly into the 18th century walled garden. The cottage sleeps up to nine guests and benefits from all necessary amenities, including free WiFI and a log burner. Guests are free to enjoy a number of activities in the grounds including tennis, croquet and putting - all at no extra cost.

Clutha Cottage is situated in a wonderfully secluded location in Kames Estate. Surrounded by neighbouring fields and woodland, and with direct access into the 18th century walled garden, this spacious cottage is a favourite with families and groups. The cottage sleeps up to nine guests: two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, are located downstairs; a further twin room and triple room are located upstairs (the latter comprises one double bed and one single bed). The bathroom, with over bath shower, is located downstairs. The cottage boasts modern and comfortable accommodation and benefits from washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, DVD player and free WiFi. A log burner is located in the living room and logs are provided. A high chair and travel cot are available on request. A stone barbecue is located next to Clutha with all tools are provided. The cottage is located in 20 acres of grounds with large lawns, a Victorian walled garden and glasshouse and a wooded area. A number of facilities are available for guest use including a tennis court, small putting green, croquet and football goals - all at no extra cost and equipment is provided.
