Redburn House is a totally refurbished Victorian House with stunning views over Lochmaddy.

Redburn House is a Bed and Breakfast establishment in Lochmaddy, the main township of the wonderful Hebridean Isle of North Uist. We are ideally situated within walking distance of the ferry terminal, art centre, shop, pubs, outdoors centre, and sailing club.

Redburn House offers 4 en-suite Bed and Breakfast rooms, a self-catering cottage (the Boat-House), a self-catering annexe (the Studio) and a large self-catering Apartment.

Redburn House has undergone extensive renovation which has transformed it into the warm, cosy, clean and modern guesthouse it is today.

Most rooms at Redburn House have stunning views of the beautiful surroundings, and all are warm, bright and cosy.

We have a total of four rooms available, double and twin, including a possible family suite of two privately linked rooms.

All rooms are equipped with luxury en-suite facilities, remote controlled TV's, welcome tea trays, and plenty of clothes space.

Redburn House has full wheelchair access and a disabled friendly shower room - please mention your requirements when booking.

Free WIFI with fast fibre-optic Broadband is available to all our guests. A payphone is available and a fold-up single bed and cot upon request.

The covered bicycle rack at the rear of the building can accommodate up to 6 bikes and is very popular with cycle tourists.

Rates include a Scottish style continental buffet breakfast with fruit juices, and a selection of teas and coffees. Subject to local availability, we hope to provide a selection of fresh and tinned fruits, breads, pancakes, cheeses and cold meats, toast, preserves, cereals and yoghurts.

It is even possible to turn your stay to self-catering by hiring the fully equipped kitchen/dining room on a "per meal, leave as found" basis.

Rooms are available on a nightly basis all year round. Discounts apply for 3 or more consecutive nights.
