Wallace Lodge is situated on the edge of the privately owned Cowden Loch at Loch View Farm. The lodge is a south-facing, traditional home with idyllic surroundings and beautiful scenery. The tranquil village of Comrie is situated 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff, 6 miles away. Perth and Stirling are 30 minutes away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh one hour away. Wallace Lodge is ideal for a quiet holiday, which could include golfing, tennis, cycling, walking and hiking.

The lodge itself is south-facing with idyllic surroundings and beautiful scenery.

Two miles from the lodge is the relaxed village of Comrie and 6 miles away you will find the beautiful village of Crieff. Wallace Lodge is ideally situated for a quiet holiday to include golfing, bird-watching, cycling, painting, rejuvenating walks or hill walking . Being centrally located, Wallace Lodge is also ideally situated for touring.

Half an hour's drive from Wallace Lodge is Perth and Stirling and about 1 hour away is Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee. It is a 1 hour 15 minutes from Glencoe.

The centrally heated house is fully equipped with all modern amenities. Linen and towels are provided. Tastefully furnished and well-fitted, it provides a relaxing base with a tarmac tennis court available at certain times of the day. The lodge has wifi, smart TV's, a Nintendo Wii and plenty of board games to keep a family entertained.

Ground floor - Utility room (with washing machine), 6 step access to spacious open-plan lounge/dining room and kitchen.

Bedrooms (3 in total):

Ground Floor - 1 double with ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin; 1 twin with washbasin. 1 bunkbed with washbasin. There is also a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.

First Floor (available only for full occupancy of 8) - 1 double with ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin and a very spacious second lounge that has an additional single bed to accomdate a party of eight where less then two couples can share.

There are outdoor furniture to allow you to sit by the Loch and take in the beaiutiful scenery along with a BBQ.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the lodge.
