In celebration of the International Waffle Day, Saturday 25th March, Duck & Waffle will pay a week-long tribute to its eponymous culinary canvas, featuring original homemade waffle creations served from breakfast to lunch, to dinner and beyond.
'Waffle Week’ will showcase everything from the restaurant's top-selling namesake to a slate of new offerings inspired by Culinary Director Daniel Barbosa and Executive Chef Lucia Gregusova.
Indulge in an array of sweet & savoury waffles from breakfast classics prepared ‘a la waffle,’ including the 'Green Eggs & Ham' Croque Madame and Duck Benedict, to new dessert-inspired creations such as the comforting Cranachan, heavenly Fudge Cake or the indulgent Deep Fried Mars Bar!
