Futtle is an organic farmhouse brewery, fully Soil Association certified, run by Lucy Hine and Stephen Marshall based in the East Neuk of Fife. The brewery produces coastal, farmhouse and wild styles of beers, often using foraged ingredients. There is an onsite taproom and bottle shop with a range of organic beers and soft drinks, a selection of hundreds of natural wines, rare whiskies and interesting ciders. The site is also home to Triassic Tusk Records, a small record label and shop stocking both new and collectible records. The brewery hosts regular music and arts events, and can be found on Instagram @futtleorganic and @triassictuskrecords
