Edinburgh Seafood Festival returns at St James Quarter, from Saturday, 4th – Monday, 6th May.

An unmissable weekend for foodies and seafood lovers, guests can expect a packed schedule of must-see demonstrations, activities and events that are sure to inspire culinary creativity . Guests will also have the opportunity to take home a taste of Scotland, thanks to a wide array of local artisans showcased at the pop-up produce market.

The Seafood Stage will showcase the impressive talents of top chefs, as they cook up a selection of delicious fish dishes, using locally sourced produce, and share their top tips and industry secrets for creating restaurant quality food in your own home. This is your chance to get a front row seat, be inspired and observe experts from the Quarter and beyond at work, including Chef Teddy Lee (Maki & Ramen), Chef Jimmy Lee (Salt & Chilli, Leith Woks), Chef Dan Ashmore (ASKR) and Chef Roberta Hall-McCarron (The Little Chartroom).

The event also sees the return of our Supper Clubs, in partnership with Miele. A series of unmissable events, guests will be invited to join leading Chefs for a private dinner cooked in front of them. With only 12 tickets available for each event, these exclusive suppers are set to be a standout highlight.

Many of the diverse eating and drinking destinations in St James Quarter are also embracing this year’s Seafood Festival by creating exclusive dishes and menus that guests can enjoy over the weekend including Maki Ramen, Ka Pao, Duck and Waffle and Gordon Ramsay Street Burger.

Edinburgh Seafood Festival is the headline event in a three-month long celebration of the Quarter's world-class eating and drinking scene. Head to stjamesquarter.com or download the St James Quarter App to find out more!
