The apartment has all rooms on the ground floor with open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Great views over the Cromarty Firth and mountains and hills beyond from the open plan lounge/kitchen window. There is seating for 4 on 2 settees, TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, CD unit with radio. There is a pull-out table with 4 stools for dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine/dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and plenty kitchenware if you choose to dine in instead of eating out in Cromarty or on the Black Isle. There are 2 bedrooms, one double room with bedside cabinets with lights, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and alarm clock radio. The other bedroom has bunk beds, bedside cabinet with light, wardrobe and alarm clock radio. The bathroom has a bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside there is off-street parking directly outside the apartment and easy access to the beach and town centre. There are deck chairs and buckets and spades for building sand castles on the nearby Cromarty beach. The apartment has an iron and ironing board, free wi-fi, a selection of books, maps, games and a hairdryer. A cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge – please let us know well in advance of arrival if you require these. 1 well-behaved dog at an additional cost – please enquire. 30% of the total rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking with the final 70% no later than 6 weeks before arrival. There is a 24-hour cooling off period after your booking is placed where you may cancel free of charge after that, you will be required to pay the full rental amount if you cancel. A cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.
