2 Mackay Road is a relaxed, open plan property where comfort and convenience are key. The owners are keen cooks as well as golfers, and the kitchen is fully equipped for casual eating or formal entertaining.
The house is situated close to the centre of town with its restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops, just a short stroll away. By car, The Royal Dornoch Golf Course & Club and the sandy beach are just a 5 minute drive away.
Ground Floor: Hall, open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen with seating for up to 8, smart TV with Sky+, IPod docking station. Modern well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, laundry room with sink, space for dog bed, door to garden. Spacious WC with feature map of the Highlands
Upstairs: Master bedroom with en suite shower room,
Bedroom 2 with 5’ (king) bed Bedroom 3 with 4’6 (double) bed, family bathroom.
Outside: The outside front is laid to lawn, with hard standing for two cars to the side of the property. A gate leads to the enclosed west facing rear garden laid mainly to lawn with a paved terrace with dining table, chairs and barbeque, a real sun trap on a sunny day.
Bed linen, towels, weekly cleaning, wifi, Sky+ and electricity are all included in the cost. Being a new build, the house is particularly well insulated and warm.
Dogs/Pets: 2 Mackay Road are happy to welcome up to two small dogs. The cost of their stay will be £30 per dog per week. Or £5 per dog per day.
