Wilson House provides a stunning base for golfers, 2 couples or a family group and is located near St Andrews West Port. Wilson House, 27 Argyle Street, is a south facing compact town house sleeping up to five people. It is centrally located, only one minute’s walk from St. Andrew’s West Port. On arriving at the West Port you will instantly be amongst the bustle of the shops, bars and cafes of this lively university town. The flat is about 5-10 minutes walk from the first hole of The Old Course and because of its location all parts of town are easily accessible on foot. A minute or two in the opposite direction of the West Port you will find the Lade Braes which offers leafy walks beside the Kinness Burn.
The house is on two levels and has a small courtyard with table and chairs out the back, for fresh air or smoking. On the ground floor you have the kitchen/diner (with outside access) and a twin bedded room with en suite shower room. Upstairs you have a small single bedroom next to the King (UK King is 5ft wide) bedroom, sitting room and a further shower room. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The house is full of character with varying door heights and widths. We have the full Sky TV package upstairs in the sitting room and downstairs in the kitchen. The kitchen table is set up as a small round table, but you can extend it to be a larger oval table if you want, this will take up more room in the kitchen though. Travel cot (bring own bedding), baby bath, and high chair available if requested. As the 2 bedrooms upstairs share the same bathroom, if used for its maximum of 5 people, this property is best for a family group.
