The lounge is spacious with a 2-seater settee, arm chair, TV with Freesat. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Separate kitchen with gas hob, oven, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and dishes. The shower room has an electric shower, wash hand basin and wc. Large bedroom with king-size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table, hair drier, TV with own Freeview. Guests have access to the entire property. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30AM – 5PM and Saturdays 9:30AM - 12:00PM prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for any assistance you require during your stay. Easy access from Inverness. Walking into the city centre is no more than a 5 minute walk. Inverness train and bus station are within a 10 minute walk. Bus and train routes run throughout the Highlands which is easily accessible from the apartment. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
