Within a 30 minute drive, you could find yourself:
- exploring the great houses or abbey's of the region, such as Floors Castle, Traquair House, Jedburgh Abbey, Bowhill House and Melrose Abbey.
- fishing for Salmon or Trout on the River Tweed.
- cycling through the Scottish Borders on one of the many National Cycle Paths, or taking a trip to Innerleithen, Glentress or 7Stanes to try the cycle tracks there.
- playing golf at the onsite course or on one of the many courses across the region.
- walking in nature, following one of the many local routes including the Southern Upland Way, the Borders Abbeys Way and St Cuthbert's Way.
47 Northwood is a two bed / bath lodge, fully equipped to make sure you have a relaxing stay with us. Bed linen and towels are provided. A well stocked kitchen will allow you to cook (only if you want to!) with ease, even if you are on holiday.
In addition to free, secure Wi-Fi there is also a smart TV so you can watch all your favourite Netflix or Prime channels while you chill out on your holidays. The indoor living space is complemented by a fully enclosed decked area with seating perfect for an apperitif or al fresco dining.
We are dog friendly accommodation, as dog owners we know how important this can be! The park location allows for many different dog walks in the area, on the park or a short drive away.
Lilliardsedge Holiday Park is set in 110 acres and includes a 9 hole golf course. There is an onsite shop, snack bar and well equipped children's play area. The family friendly Tavern restaurant and bar offers a great menu selection to suit all tastes including a traditional Sunday carvery. In addition, you will also find the Tavern Takeaway and Tavern Treats situated across from the bar / restaurant. There is also an outdoor terrace with plenty of seating where you can watch your little ones enjoy the playpark.
