Centrally situated in Lerwick's old town, No. 5 is a double bedroom house. The town centre is just a few minutes' walk away along the seafront.

Set in the picturesque south end of the town known as " The Lodberries", No 5 is a one bedroom house with a sofa bed in the lounge. The iconic Jimmy Perez house as seen in the TV series "Shetland" can be seen from the kitchen window. The Town centre is a few minutes walk along the seafront.
The house comprises of double bedroom, living dining, kitchen, shower room with walk in shower. All newly decorated.
Access to the raised patio garden is from the living room, there is a rotary clothes line and patio furniture for your use.
The kitchen looks over the North harbour where you can see the ferries and cruise ships coming and going .
No 5 is situated close to town centre in a secluded lane with trees. The Shetland Museum and Mareel our cinema and Arts Venue is within walking distance. On the doorstep you can enjoy a beautiful coastal walk around The Knab, following the path it takes you to the south side of the town where you can visit the Clickimin Broch and by doing a circular walk takes you back past the Museum, the total distance is around 4.1miles.
