Nethybridge is a charming village in a beautiful setting within the Cairngorm National Park. It has a well stocked village shop and a renowned butchers, both less than a mile from the house. There are 2 hotels in the village which serve meals.
The house has 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room and small dressing room), 2 twin bedrooms, an open plan living/dining room with woodburning stove and adjoining kitchen area. Patio doors lead from the open plan area to the back garden and decking. There is also an utility room, 2 family bathrooms (both with shower over bath) and a garage.
The property is all electric and is well equipped with two fridges, auto washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV/DVD player and CD player/radio and WiFi connected. Bed linen and towels are provided together with an initial supply of wood for stove. There is a travel cot and a rocking crib as well as a high chair and a stair gate for the foot of the stairs. There's a selection of children's books, toys and games.
