Acha Mill is a beautifully converted water mill available for those who seek a fabulous place to spend a holiday. Acha Mill dates back to the mid-1800’s, and was converted to a unique home in the 1980’s. It consists of five bedrooms spread over 3 floors, being three double rooms and two singles. All linen, duvets and towels are provided and inclusive within the price. The large kitchen dining room is a central feature of the house, and every effort has been made to ensure that it is fully equipped and with all modern conveniences.
A chest freezer is provided, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower room with toilet, and also a separate toilet on the top floor. There is FreeSat TV, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker with iPod docking station, along with a range of DVD’s, board games and books.
A completely new water treatment system was installed in December 2017, which provides clear water throughout the home. The property also benefits from oil central heating and a multi-fuel stove in the snug room, for which some kindling and coal or logs are provided. There is a reasonable 4G signal to the house, with both Vodafone and EE being currently accessible.
Acha Mill is surrounded by a pretty garden with a small burn running down one side, along with a patio area. The village of Arinagour is about 3 miles away and wonderful beaches of golden sand are within a short drive of the house.
Low Season rental for the week is £700 with High Season being £920. High Season is defined as late June until late August.
