Set down a peaceful lane in the little village of Harrapool, only a 15 minute drive from the Skye Bridge, is the delightful Aisling Cottage.
You enter through the lovely sunroom, where there is handy storage for coats and boots. The sitting room is the perfect spot to curl up in front of the electric flame effect fire, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The L-Shaped kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining table is carefully placed by the window so the lovely garden can be admired from indoors. Both upstairs bedrooms (a twin and a double) are incredibly bright and fresh, due to the coombed ceilings and roof windows. There is a modern bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower.
The lush garden is fully enclosed and very well-maintained, and the property comes with secure storage for bikes/sports gear and plenty room for parking.
For those feeling adventurous, Beinn na Caillich (which can be spotted form the garden) can be tackled in 4 – 6 hours, and the breath-taking, panoramic views that can be enjoyed from the top make the climb well worth it.
