Situated in the centre of Peterhead, the largest white fishing port of Europe, whether staying for one night or using it as a base for touring or working the Albert Hotel can offer relaxation and a friendly atmosphere.
We endeavour to do our best, everyday, with regard to our hospitality and catering. Food focus is on good local produce from local farms and shops and can be as fancy or plain as you like.
The house has many original Victorian features. It has two open coal fires: one in the bar and one in the drawing room, which help to create the homely atmosphere. We like to think the house is still a home and hope that you will too.
Distilleries, castles, and dramatic coastlines are on our doorstep. We even have a ststue made by Andy Scott, sculptor of the famous Kelpies, here in Peterhead.
Although on the coast Peterhead is still quite central to the rest of the county and is only 36 miles from Aberdeen, with connections to rail, airport, and major trunk road links.
