This two bedroom, one bathroom, lower garden conversion of a Victorian Villa, offers a perfect retreat after a busy day’s sightseeing in the local area with off street parking for one car and a Courtyard garden.
Accessed down a flight of original stone steps, the one level accommodation comprises a Living room with original fireplace and table and seating for 4 people, two large double bedrooms one of which has the flexibility of being either a zip and link super king size or two single beds, bathroom with over bath shower and a modern kitchen with washing machine dishwasher and full size fridge freezer.

Allan Stream is in an ideal location to explore the local area, one which combines both outstanding natural beauty with a unique local history. Within a short driving distance you will also be able to sample Scotland’s magnificent Highland scenery and hospitality before returning home to the comfort of your accommodation.
The historic spa town just outside Stirling, offers a superb range of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and even its own Allanwater Brewhouse. There are many stunning walks to be enjoyed from Bridge of Allan. You can walk to Dunbalne, via the beautiful riverside ‘Darn Walk’, explore the Mine Woods or saunter round Aithrey Loch at The University of Stirling, taking in view of the Wallace Monument and the Ochil hills. After all that fresh air, you can enjoy the café culture that Bridge of Allan has to offer, or maybe sample a locally brewed pint at the Brewhouse.
Stirling and the surrounding area are steeped in history. The historic Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297, Battle of Bannockburn in 1314 and Battle of Sherriffmuir in 1715 all helped to shape the history of Scotland and these sites can easily be visited from our properties. Allow yourself to become absorbed by the atmosphere, whilst visiting the magnificent Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and The Battle of Bannockburn Experience, and then recharge your batteries in one of the many cafés, restaurants or pubs.
The surrounding countryside is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts: walking, cycling and paragliding are all on offer on the nearby Ochil Hills. Slightly further away are The Trossachs, Callander, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow and Edinburgh providing, therefore, the ideal central touring base for your holiday. Located within an hour's drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh International airports, Stirling has excellent motorway connections to the north and south.
Golf being available at every turn: Kings Park's course in Stirling and at least another five within 30 minutes drive. Slightly further afield are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrew's Old Course.
