The Apartment sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms; one with king-size bed and one with 2 single beds.
Rates are from £295 to £495. For short breaks it is £95 per night (min 3 night stay).
Accommodation
The spacious apartment is a mix of retro charm with more modern finishes.
Heating is by storage heaters with an additional electric fire in the living room, if required.
There is a twin room and double room with a kingsize bed.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, dining table and chairs. An iron, ironing board and airer are also available.
Living Room – A light and bright spacious living room with a comfortable three piece leather suite, Freeview TV, DVD player, Broadband/WiFi, coffee table, board games and a selection of DVD’s, books and maps.
Shower Room – A bright room with spacious corner shower, heated towel rail and washbasin.
Bedroom 1 – King size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobe hairdryer. Extra blankets for the cooler evenings are also provided.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, bedside cabinet, dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobe.
Facilities
A welcome pack including milk, bread and some local goodies is provided on your arrival.
In the lovely summer evenings, there is a garden where visitors can sit out in the sunshine and enjoy a glass of local wine, whisky, gin, rum or beer!

The Apartment will be available from 4 pm on your day of arrival until 10 am on your departure day. Short breaks are available – minimum 3 night stay – outwith high season.
Apartment No 1 enjoys beautiful views of Wideford Hill, St Magnus Cathedral and Highland Park Distillery . A relaxed stroll through the historic streets brings you to St Magnus Cathedral (tour times ), Earls & Bishops Palaces , local craft and retail shops, cafes, restaurants and museums.
The travel centre is also closeby with bus links to the Heart of Neolithic Orkney (visit our world famous Skara Brae Maeshowe Ring of Brodgar and Standing Stones of Stenness ), the Italian Chapel (opening times ),the charming town of Stromness and picturesque village St Margaret's Hope. A further walk will take you to Kirkwall Pier with ferries to the North Isles - see Orkney Ferries for timetables. The Churchill Barriers are only 15 minute drive away and these will lead you to the Orkney Fossil & Heritage Centre in Burray and the Tomb of the Eagles in South Ronaldsay with several delightful beaches along the way.
