The Accommodation:
This newly built duplex apartment is located in the heart of St Andrews and is situated just off South Street. This great location provides all the benefits of being very close to all the town's amenities, whilst being off the main road in a quiet side street.
This contemporary apartment s furnished to the highrst level with private car parking. Ideal for golfers and visitors to the area. Well behaved dogs are welcome as there are fantastic walks!
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms over 2 levels and a balcony enjoying lovely views towards the East Coast, a five minute walk from the East Sands, the Old Castle Harbour and St Andrews Castle, the apartment is all about comfort and luxury.

The sitting area enjoys a balcony with unrestriced view, a table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco drink after a fun filled day.
The extending dining table with 6 chairs sits comfortably next to the Kitchen which is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, a coffee machine and a seperate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a King sized bed which can be seperated as 2 single beds, adjoining a bathroom with shower over bath. The bedroom enjoys a large wardrobe, drawers and a Panasonic internet enabled flat screen television. The large picture windows open to allow safe but welcome fresh air throughout the property.
