Our newly developed annexed houses 6 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments, all with a spacious layout and high quality furnishings. There is a dedicated car park for guests and free Wi-Fi in all accommodation.
The apartments are situated just across the road from the hotel and are very close to the center of town. The spacious, beautifully furnished apartment block offers everything you need whilst on holiday or on a business trip.
The open plan living area leads to the kitchen offering a pleasant and airy living space. Unlike other self-catering accommodation options, we have no minimum stay and you can also have full use of our hotel facilities.

In Kirkwall you can visit Earls & Bishops Palaces Kirkwall , St Magnus Cathedral (St Magnus Cathedral tour times ), Orkney Museum, Highland Park Distillery and Scapa Distillery , to name a few of the attractions in town. The heart of Neolithic Orkney is only a 30 min drive from the apartments, heading to the West Mainland where you can visit Skara Brae, Maeshowe, Ring of Brodgar and Standing Stones of Stenness . A further drive of 15 mins will take you to the Brough of Birsay , Broch of Gurness and Earls Palace Birsay.
