The cottage offers clean and comfortable accommodation for two adults and two children in bunk beds in a setting ideal for those who wish to spend their time in the great outdoors walking, bird watching, fishing etc. Located under an hour from Inverness and ten miles inland, April Cottage provides the best of both worlds. Kildermorie Estate offers seclusion and privacy with excellent fishing and access to amenities of the Estate, making April Cottage the perfect self catering holiday cottage from which to explore the delights of Ross-shire.

Dogs are not allowed in the cottage however may be accommodated by prior arrangement in the estate kennels.
Excellent bank fishing for wild brown trout and some charr and salmon (river and several lochs) with own tackle, but separate arrangements must be made in advance if boats, ghillies and/or tackle are required.

Kitchen, dining room, lounge with bespoke French made sofa bed that easily, magically converts to comfortable bunk beds suitable for children, WC, bathroom (bath, walk-in shower and WHB).
First Floor:
Twin/double bedroom.
