Our stylish and comfortable self-catering studio apartment is perfect for couples. The Studio is cosy and well equipped with views over the lower Bracklinn Woods to the north and over our putting green and Ancaster Park to the east. Enjoy the many walks from your doorstep to the Bracklinn Falls, the Callander Crags, Lower Woodland walk or stroll down to the village with its shops, restaurants and bars. Alternatively, relax and enjoy watching the deer, red squirrels, garden birds and pheasants which frequently visit. We aim to spoil our guests with those extra little touches such as our welcome pack which includes home baking.
The Accommodation Comprises:
A private entrance (with self-check-in key safe) opens on to a cosy lounge complete with sleeping area with king size bed. The apartment is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and newly installed oak flooring. There is a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and a modern bathroom with bath and separate spacious shower cubicle. Guests can enjoy the putting green and garden with its many seating areas.

Callander has two small supermarkets, numerous bakers, a butcher, laundrette and many other local shops, cafes, pubs, take-aways and restaurants. There is a bank with cash dispensers and a petrol station.

The apartment is for a maximum of 2 adults - sorry, no children, extra guests or pets.
There is no smoking allowed inside the property.

Maintain social distancing with ease at Arden House. There is no need to meet with other guests, or with us! Self-check-in and check-out for all guests (we will greet you from a distance but will always be on hand should you need us).
