The Pods
We have two luxurious pods for you to experience the benefits of glamping and staying in Ardgay and the beautiful Kyle of Sutherland area. Our pods are ideal for a comfortable and sophisticated glamping experience keeping the connection with the outside space but offering the facilities of a quality hotel room. Each pod can accommodate two to three adults or two adults and two children. Each pod has a full double sized bed, 1 x pull out sofa bed, full en-suite facilities, small kitchen, living-room area, TV, Wi-Fi and thermostatically controlled heating for year-round comfort.
Outdoor Living
In front of each pod is a fire pit and a large decked area with outdoor dining table and chairs where you can enjoy the serenity of the countryside. The outdoor seating is the perfect place to relax in the tranquil surroundings after a day of exploring the local area.
There are barbeque cooking facilities under cover available.
Behind the pods there is a Bike Bothy with Upright Bike Storage and Bike Maintenance Kits.
The Area
Ardgay Glamping Pods’ are situated in the quiet rural village of Ardgay. Ardgay as part of the Kyle of Sutherland is in the heart of the North Coast 500 (NC500).
The Pods are perfectly positioned for guests to enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits and visitor attractions.
Mountain biking and leisure cycling have grown significantly in popularity, and the beautiful Kyle of Sutherland area is an ideal destination for visiting cyclists to explore. At Ardgay Glamping Pods we are on National Cycle Route 1.

We offer the cyclist a high standard of personal accommodation and a safe place to store bikes. The essential ingredients for leisure and mountain bike visitors to enjoy a fantastic cycling holiday amidst spectacular scenery.
Located nearby are several woodland walks and forest trails where you can enjoy walking or mountain biking. There is boating/canoeing and fishing on the nearby Kyle of Sutherland including numerous rivers and lochs. You can enjoy a game of golf at the excellent Bonar Bridge Golf Course dubbed the ‘mini Gleneagles.’ You could even try your hand at stalking with the Highland Shooting Centre. You can visit Croick Church, a poignant reminder of the Highland Clearances. There are a range of local whisky distilleries nearby, including Balblair, Glenmorangie, Dalmore and Clynelish distilleries.
