Ardgowan House comfortably sleeps four and is a pet friendly property, situated along the Shore Road leading towards the village of Port Bannatyne. The apartment is accessed through the front doors of the house. Within, there is a sizable porch where guests can hang up their coats and walking boots. The space is also large enough to store bicycles if required. The internal door from the porch leads to a large welcoming hallway where all rooms are accessed from. There is also a storage cupboard in the hallway that houses a washing machine and some board games for guests to enjoy.
The spacious open plan living room and kitchen is on your left and hosts a large bay window at the front giving guests stunning views across Loch Striven. The living room is tastefully decorated with 2 comfortable leather sofas and a large bean bag chair where guests can relax with a book, play games or watch TV. The flat screen TV has DVD player and Sky TV (basic Sky package only) and guests will also find a small selection of DVDs. There is also an iDock station which is compatable with iPhones, iPods and iTouch. The kitchen and dining area has a dining table for four guests and comes fully equipped with all cooking and dining essentials.
The first bedroom is to the right of the hallway is the front facing master bedroom with king sized bed. This spacious room also has a small seating area in front of the large bay window where guests can enjoy their morning coffee taking in the stunning sea views. There is also a small TV which receives all the freeview channels.
The second bedroom looks out onto the well-maintained rear garden which is shared with the residents of the other flats and has a section for guests to use.. There are 2 adult sized single beds within this room plus a large chest of drawers for guests to store their personal items.
