Carlotta and Craig Fraser welcome you to their purpose built Bed and Breakfast establishment in the picturesque village of Killin, at the east end of Loch Tay, within The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
All guest accommodation is on the first floor, and all the en-suite rooms open onto an open plan living and dining area, which is specifically for guests.There is a drying room for outdoor clothes, just in case the Scottish weather lets you down !
We provide great accommodation for small groups, where you can have exclusive use of the property, at no extra charge!
We warmly welcome cyclists and walkers, and can offer early breakfasts, as well as packed lunches. There is secure overnight storage in the garage for bikes, and as we both cycle ourselves, we are in a position to offer advise on routes. Craig has been known to wash bikes, as well as providing minor repairs etc !!
Carlotta's breakfasts will set you up for the day. Everything is freshly cooked to order, so is well worth waiting for...!!
We are in an ideal spot for the traveller to base themselves, while they explore central Scotland, as there is plento of off-road parking.
The back garden has become a haven for wild life, with various ducks, pheasants, wood peckers, jays and red squirrels all popping in on a daily basis to be fed. Quite often we see roe deer too !!
