The building is an elegant detached listed Victorian house situated in a quiet street close to the scenic River Ness and only a few minutes walk from Inverness Town Centre.
All bedrooms are en-suite bar one single room which has it's own private bathroom. Glencairn and Ardross guesthouse boasts in total 6 single rooms, 3 single deluxe rooms, 9 small doubles, 8 doubles, 9 twins, 2 triples, 6 family rooms for 3, 2 disability access family rooms for 3, 2 family rooms for 4, and 2 quad rooms. Each room is individually appointed to a very high standard and is kept with a strict attention to detail.
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7am - 9am, and is included in the price of the room. There is the choice of a full hearty Scottish breakfast or for something lighter but equally satisfying there is the continental breakfast.
Getting there by Road
From the A9 –
At the Longman Roundabout, take the A82 which will take you over the river. If you are
coming from the South, that will be a left turn, or if coming from the North it will be a right.
Continue to the Telford St roundabout, and continue to take the A82, which will take you
along Kenneth Street. This is the second left.
At the lights, take a right.
Continue around 400 yards and as the road begins to bear left, turn right left into Ardross
Street.
The Ardross & Glencairn Guesthouse should be the first house on your left.
From the A82 –
Follow the A82 towards Inverness.
Continue along Glenurqhuart Road, towards the city. You will reach the Highland Council
building which will be on your right.
Continue 100 yards past the Highland Council building, and take the first right into Ardross
Street.
The Ardross & Glencairn Guesthouse should be the first house on your left.
