We think this house might have some of the best views in Scotland as it sits up on the hillside overlooking Loch Earn with Ben Vorlich standing guard on the southern shore, Ardveich is a Scottish estate house that carries an atmosphere of welcome, history and tradition. It is in a very secluded spot with only the farm behind it, where you are free to roam the hills. The seclusion is a delight but you are well placed to enjoy the local village, with restaurants a mere few miles away, fishing on the loch or a visit to the Trossachs National Park. Historic Stirling is an easy day out, and you can spend the day over on the West coast.
The interior is fresh and spacious with a particularly large sitting room with a wood burner, as well as a second TV/family room with a sofa bed. A delightful sun room is the perfect spot to sit and soak up those marvellous views. A separate dining room is perfect for more formal evening meals although the spacious kitchen/dining room will readily and comfortably seat 10 as well. A downstairs WC and a utility room complete the ground floor, making this a really lovely house for families or small groups. Upstairs, there are four good-sized bedrooms which are serviced by two bathrooms.
The enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ mean that you can extend your outdoor days and watch the sun set down the loch. A truly lovely house for a holiday and great value for the individuality and the views it has. One of those places you might just leave a little bit of your soul in those landscapes.
