Our Guests can experience as much of the farm lifestyle as they wish or simply sit back and enjoy this modern, architecturally designed farm house named Arnbeg Cottage.
Situated in the heart of Scotland, Arnbeg Farmstay Scotland is located near to the village of Kippen, and with the city of Stirling conveniently located 10 miles away it is perfect for a relaxing or an adventure filled self catering holiday!
In keeping with the natural surroundings, every effort has been made to make Arnbeg Farmstay Scotland an eco friendly environment utilising the benefits of green energy such as ground source underfloor heating, rain water harvester and, more recently, a wind turbine.
Outside:-
Arnbeg Farmstay Scotland boasts stunning views of the surrounding Gargunnock, Fintry, and Menteith Hills, with Ben Lomond, Ben Ledi and Ben Vorlich of the Southern Highlands being clearly visible (weather permitting).
The Fintry Hills are best seen from the upstairs bedroom’s balcony which encourages you to enjoy your morning coffee outside, or later in the day a glass of wine to experience the beautiful sunsets. Surrounded by fields you can enjoy the private south facing terrace for a bbq or just to relax.
Inside:-
Arnbeg Farmstay Scotland has a well equipped open plan kitchen/dining area, and also has many excellent features including it’s under floor heating system from renewable energy, two wood burning stoves, flat screen TV’s with freeview, iPod docking station and dvd player, all adding to an enjoyable stay.
Please note that we have removed excess furnishings due to the current Covid19 situation however it is still a home from home.

The area is ideal for a variety of activities, with the Loch Lomond National Park and the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park both close by. Or for the budding chef, why not attend a course at the Nick Nairn Cook School which is just a 5 minute drive away and practice your new found skills on the rest of your party in the beautiful open plan kitchen! We are also in an ideal location to access Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh & Perth (shopper's paradise!).
Complimentary Welcome Pack is provided for weekly bookings, which includes,wine, bread, butter, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, condiments, hand soap, washing liquid, washing powder,dishwasher tablets, oil, cling film, tin foil and cleaning materials. (currently not available due to Covid19 situation)
Bed linen, towels (hand, bath & tea), electricity and heating included.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions must be read carefully prior to completing the booking form. By completing the booking form it confirms the terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted. The person who signs the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the terms and conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form. He or she agrees to take responsibility for the party occupying the property.

Pets
Sorry, but we no longer accept pets due to livestock surrounding the house and garden
ALL bookings: please note that £100 refundable deposit is required with final balance payment
