The Averon Guest House is a traditional Scottish Guest House located in Edinburgh city centre near Edinburgh Castle , The Averon Guest House offers rooms with en- suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Free car parking and cooked Scottish breakfast are also included in all prices. We have a large car park which is locked at night for added security. Most evenings we provide live traditional Scottish music.

Just a ten minute walk from Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle, The Averon Guest House is conveniently located for all the main tourist attractions and is also close to the main theatres and main concert hall. We are also located close to numerous excellent restaurants and also the main shopping district of the city in Princes Street. Rooms at The Averon Guest House are well decorated with modern bathrooms with a shower. All rooms have a
colour TV and coffee making facilities and also free Wi-Fi. Full cooked breakfast is served in the morning between 8:00am and 9:30am. We also provide breakfast
by arrangement. We provide a full tourist information service and we can provide information about all the main attractions in
Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We can also arrange bus tours which leave every morning from the guest house and there is a 20% discount on all tour prices. The most popular tours are to Loch Ness and Loch Lomond. All the information about bus tours can be found on our website. Check in – 07:00 to 00:00 on the day of arrival On the day of arrival cars may be parked in the car park any- time after 7am. Guests can arrive any- time after 7am rooms are normally ready at 12 noon and before that guests may leave luggage free of charge. We accept late arrivals and guests are requested to phone us if they attend to arrive after 11pm. There is no extra charge for arriving late. Check Out – 05:30 to 10:30 Guests may continue to use our car park until 10pm on the day of departure. On the day of departure guests may leave luggage in the guest house free of charge. Accepted Credit Cards American Express, Visa, Euro/ Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credits prior to arrival There are no extra charges for using credit/ debit cards.
