The lounge offers guests a large 3-seater settee, 2 armchairs, smart TV, nest of tables, wood-burning stove and a glass coffee table. The kitchen/ dining area is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Belgium sink, toaster, pots, pans and plenty of kitchenware. The dining table has seating for up to 4 guests. To the back of the kitchen, there is a door to secure back yard with decking. Utility room: Washing machine dryer, toilet. Ironing board and iron, clothes airer. First Floor: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside units with reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a mirror. The second bedroom offers guests a double bed, a side unit with a lamp, and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinet with reading lamp and clothes storage unit. Bathroom: Mains shower, bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside: Parking at the front of the holiday home, in the cul-de-sac. Gardens to the front and rear with gravel and decking. Large secure shed for storage of bikes/ outdoor equipment.
The holiday home has electric central heating throughout. Guests have access to the entire property. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 5 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 9 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
The property benefits from being away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet close enough to walk to all local amenities. The property is located just off the NC500 route and can be used as a basecamp to explore the further reaches of the Highlands of Scotland. Although a car is not a necessity, we recommend using your own or hiring a car to make the most of Easter Ross and the surrounding area. There is a bus stop in the centre of Evanton with routes taking you north and south.
