Balnagore is approximately 600 yards from the sea through the fields. Standing in its own grounds, up a private lane, it is surrounded by the most wonderful views with the hills forming a very beautiful backdrop. There is more than ample parking available. There is acommodation for up to 11 people, comprising 3 double, 2 twin bedrooms, and a single room with a 2' 6" bed.
The main sitting room has been converted from the old barn. An unusual feature, the open fireplace has a window above it looking out to sea. The other end of the sitting room is the dining area, which seats 11. and leads into the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, Belling hot cupboard and electric food mixer. A coffee maker and cafetiers are also provided. There is a kitchen table with four chairs.
There is another small sitting room adjacent, with open fire. The telephone and broadband are located here.
There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, and a separate shower room off the utility room.
The utlilty has a washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge and chest freezer.
The master bedroom is downstairs, adjacent to the bathroom, and has an open fireplace. Upstairs in the main farmhouse are another double room, a twin and a single bedroom.
Above the sitting room, reached by a separate staircase, is another twin room and a double room with two additional single beds.
A new, efficient electric central heating system has recently been installed with radiators in every room, and which can be set to individual needs. Electricity usage is charged separately.
Sky Freeview and also been installed with a new flat screen television in the main sitting room. A dvd player is also provided.
There is a BBQ available, and coal is provided at an additional cost.
In the barn there is space to store bicycles, and a table tennis table.
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Linen and towels can also be provided at an additional cost of £10 per person.
