There is a good links golf course within a short walk of Bank House and Chanonry Point is renowned for spotting bottlenose dolphins feeding and playing. Dolphin boat trips are available at Avoch Harbour.
Rosemarkie beach is one of the best in the area with some great walking options in the nearby woodland.
