Exceptional service is provided at this small, friendly bed and breakfast in Inverness. First class accommodation, within walking distance of the town centre, close to Eden Court, Inverness Leisure Centre, Ness Islands, Bught Park and Highland Archive Centre.

We have four stylishly designed guest rooms - 2 large double rooms (Fraser and Macintosh), 1 twin room (Eden) and 1 single room (The Snug). Each room has ensuite facilities, TV, clock/radio/ipod dock, hairdryer, tea/coffee, mini-fridge and free wifi.

Established in 2006, we excel in providing a relaxed and comfortable environment, whether you're here to explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands, attend a special event or travelling on business. We take time to welcome guests and provide plenty of local information and city maps. We're happy to make recommendations and restaurant reservations.

We are 15 minutes walk from the town centre and there is a choice of restaurants and Eden Court Theare just 10 minutes walk from here. Bannerman Bed and Breakfast is on the A82, the main tourist road to Loch Ness and Fort William. Free off-road parking is available to guests and we have a secure bike store.

After a good night's sleep a hearty breakfast awaits you, which includes local produce and healthy options. A vegan menu is available and special diets are catered for. You can enjoy a quick bite or leisurely meal in our comfortable breakfast room which overlooks the back garden. We also provide take-away breakfasts if you have an early start.

Inverness is a fantastic base to explore the Highlands of Scotland. In every direction there are days out to suit all interests whether it's Scotland's rich heritage and history or stunning scenery. Bannerman Bed and Breakfast is close to local amenities like Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Leisure Centre, the Botanic Gardens, the Ness Islands, the Bught Park and Northern Meeting Park, host of many events. We are also close to the Highland Archive and Registration Centre.
