ACCOMMODATION
The property is accessed from street level and the apartment sits on the first floor with no lift access. There is storage in the ground floor and upper floor access hall which is private and not shared. Suitable for outdoor gear, fishing rods and bikes.

It is important to note that Barclay House is a first floor apartment in the centre of town and as such, there no designated sitting-out space or garden provision. The main living space and bedrooms are front facing towards the street.

There is no designated private parking. It is possible to park in the street for off-loading/up-loading (2 hours maximum). The nearest public car park is the Knowes which sits directly to the rear of the property.

A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
DOGS
Dogs are not permitted at Barclay House.
