This two-storey wooden self catering holiday lodge has two separate bedrooms and a third open plan bedroom, a large open plan living dining area with separate kitchen, and bathroom and two balconies with furniture.

GROUND FLOOR Living & Dining Area
The large and comfortable living and dining area is fully equipped for 6 people with a dining table, sofas and a Smart TV.
Kitchen
A well-equipped newly fitted kitchen with an electric double oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
Double Bedroom
One double bedroom is on the ground floor.
Bathroom
Bathroom with walk-in shower. A baby bath can be hired free of charge for those with infants.
Balcony
A large balcony with furniture is accessed through doors in the living area and gives a view of the fields and forest.
FIRST FLOOR Twin Bedroom
Twin beds with ensuite toilet, wash basin and additional shower cubicle.
King Bedroom
Bedroom has kingsize bed, with ensuite shower and WC, Smart TV. Leading onto balcony.
OUTSIDE
There is parking for two vehicles directly outside the lodge. There is a gravel level entry to the front door.
All our visitors have access to the on-site Bar & Restaurant (The Beagle Country Pub) and laundrette. If you book directly with us, you will also be able to enjoy our indoor swimming pool and a free 9-hole round of golf at Craigieknowes Golf Course just 3 miles away. The Ducklings also offers free golf, for up to 4 people per day, at Colvend Golf Course.
