This two-storey wooden self catering holiday lodge has three separate bedrooms including two with ensuite showers, a large open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen, bathroom and two balconies with furniture.

GROUND FLOOR Living & Dining Area
The large and comfortable living and dining area is fully equipped for 6 people with a dining table and sofas, Smart TV.
Kitchen
A well-equipped extended kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and Magimix pod coffee machine (coffee pods not provided) and toaster. A separate freezer is stored in the hallway cupboard for your convenience. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
Twin Bedroom
A twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor, with Freeview TV.
Bathroom
The main bathroom features a bath with shower, toilet and hand wash basin.
Balcony
A large balcony with furniture is accessed through doors in the living area and gives a view of the fields and forest.
FIRST FLOOR King Bedroom
A large bedroom with one king-size bed with Smart TV and patio doors leading to the balcony with views of Dalbeattie Forest and the stables. Ensuite toilet, wash basin and separate shower cubicle.
Double Bedroom
With Freeview TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, ensuite toilet, wash basin and separate shower cubicle.
OUTSIDE
There is parking for two vehicles directly outside the lodge. There is a paved level entry to the front door. The lodge has a store underneath with a jet wash for cleaning bikesand bike storage, a BBQ and hanging space for drying wet gear.
All our visitors have access to the on-site Bar & Restaurant (The Beagle Country Pub) and laundrette. If you book directly with us, you will also be able to enjoy our indoor swimming pool and a free 9-hole round of golf at Craigieknowes Golf Course just 3 miles away.
