GROUND FLOOR Living & Dining Area
The large and comfortable living and dining area is fully equipped for 6 people with a lounge suite, bench/table, bar stools and Smart TV.
Kitchen
A well-equipped extended kitchen with an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
Double Bedroom
One double bedroom on the ground floor opposite the house bathroom.
Bathroom
Bathroom with WC and walk-in shower is located on the ground floor. A baby bath can be hired free of charge for those with infants.
Balcony
A large balcony with outdoor furniture and a view over the site and forest can be accessed through glass doors in the living and dining area.
FIRST FLOOR King Bedroom
King bed with ensuite WC and wash basin. This bedroom is accessed via the third bedroom.
Third Bedroom
A large room with 2 single beds, a games nook, TV monitor and DVD player and patio doors leading to the balcony with views of Barend, the loch, the hillside & Dalbeattie Forest.
OUTSIDE
There is a gravel area to the front door and parking for two vehicles directly outside the lodge. Guests have access to the lockable shed to the front of the property and can gain access to the storage area underneath the lodge where there is enough room to store sporting equipment such as bicycles and canoes.
Bed linen and towels provided for each guest.
All our visitors have access to the on-site Bar & Restaurant (The Beagle Country Pub) and laundrette. If you book directly with us, you will also be able to enjoy our indoor swimming pool and a free 9-hole round of golf at Craigieknowes Golf Course just 3 miles away.
