Barstobrick holiday lodges are situated on a dairy farm run by the Austin family. Centrally located, they are ideal for exploring beautiful Dumfries and Galloway. Onsite there are walking trails and a horse riding centre.
Offering free Wi-Fi and stunning countryside views, Barstobrick Holiday lodges are centrally located, near the small village of Ringford, in beautiful Dumfries and Galloway. The Pond Lodges have a king-sized bed, small kitchen and shower room. Each lodge is equipped with a smart tv, soft seats inside as well as outdoor dining table and chairs on the deck overlooking the ponds and rolling Galloway hills. Queenshill lodges offer more spacious accommodation for up to 4 people. They are pet friendly and their peaceful and tranquil location make them perfect for a relaxing escape. The lodges back onto the walled garden which is open to be explored all year.
Guests can arrange for breakfast hampers to be delivered to their lodge at an additional charge. BBQ hampers can also be ordered in advance of your stay.
There are several walking trails which can be joined right outside the lodges and maps are provided. The clue sheet for the Galloway Faerie Trail is available from Barstobrick Equestrian Centre. Horse-riding is avialable on site with lessons or treks to suit all ages and abilities (booking is advised).
Dumfries is 25.2 miles from Barstobrick, while Cairnryan (Irish ferry port) is 53.4 miles away. Glasgow Prestwick Airport is 55.9 miles away.
