Beach Retreat is a cosy cottage in a beautiful spot right by a sandy beach in the seaside fishing village of St Combs, on the picturesque Aberdeenshire coast.

Beach Retreat is a cosy, detached cottage in a beautiful spot right by a lovely sandy beach in the little seaside fishing village of St Combs.
Inside, it is incredibly spacious with two separate sitting rooms (with TVs), a modern kitchen and, all on one level, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside is a little enclosed garden (furniture) and over the road is the beach. St Combs has a shop and hotel bar/restaurant and there is a pretty walking route along the beach to Rattray Head where seals are often found sleeping. Fraserburgh (5.5m, supermarket) is a popular spot for surfing. From Boddam (17.5m) sea angling expeditions and wildlife boat trips run out, from which you can spot dolphins, minke whales and seabirds. The bustling city of Aberdeen (40m, all facilities) is only an hours drive away.
