Perfect base from which to explore beautiful Edinburgh. Near city centre, in quiet residential area close to Arthur's Seat & Holyrood Palace. 5 mins walk to large Sainburys, local shops, cafes & restaurants. Excellent transport links into

This is very much a home rather than a rental property - it used to be my main residence so it was renovated to a very high standard (including the kitchen - my favourite room!).

Double bath (with taps in the middle!), bedroom with quality oak furniture and lounge with comfy sofa and foot stool. Pictures don't yet show the TV, which will be there by the time you get there.

Superfast fibre broadband and cable TV also included.

Free on street parking - pretty much the closest place to the city centre where you will find free parking.

Guest Access

There will be a couple of cupboards locked but otherwise the whole property will be accessible by you.

Interaction with Guests

I'll be available during waking hours to help with any queries or issues, and will have an emergency number available as well.

The Neighbourhood

The flat is in Meadowbank, which is a quiet residential neighbourhood. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket less than 2 minute walk away, great cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and only a 20 minute walk to Edinburgh city centre.

Getting Around

On the main street (30 second walk from the flat) there are a number of bus routes which mean a 10 minute journey to the city centre.

Other Things to Note

Check in at 3pm however can sometimes be flexible.

No parties! It is a residential block so please keep the noise down after 10pm and before 8am.

No smoking throughout the whole property.
