The master bedroom has patio doors opening out on to its own terrace with a bistro set. The open plan living space is on 2 levels, each with large patio doors opening out on to a large terrace. The dining terrace has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The garage has been turned into a games room with ping pong, foosball and air hockey tables. There is a lovely semi-wild garden with a pretty pond and pathways to wonder. There are some great walks from the door including the walk to town across the golf course.

There are also lots of activities available locally such as water sports, golf, fishing, cycling, walking etc etc. Local attractions include Dewars Aberfeldy Distillery and the Scottish Crannog Centre in Kenmore.
