The peace and beauty makes it hard to believe that this lovely self-catering holiday house is so perfectly placed to enjoy all this area has to offer, with the attractive town of Castle Douglas and the fishing port of Kirkcudbright within easy driving distance and the beaches of the Solway Coast nearby. The area offers much to see and do, with golf, riding, fishing, historical sites, bird watching, sailing, walking and fantastic mountain bike trails all nearby.
Bellrigg is a wonderfully welcoming house, with bright spacious rooms and decorated to a very high standard. The bright sitting room is particularly attractive with its windows on 3 sides, antiques and even a Grand Piano as well as a welcoming open fire. Outside, with a burn running by, there is a hard tennis court and, if the weather is less kind, then take advantage of the Games room converted from the old hayloft and stables where you can play billiards, darts or table tennis. This is a friendly and welcoming holiday house with great charm and character that will make for a perfect relaxed but great quality holiday in the beautiful area of Dumfries and Galloway.
