Birchbank started life as a sheep shed. Now a bright and comfortable three bedroom house, Birchbank offers a peaceful country getaway close to both the city and the coast.

The house is semi detached and is nestled in the grounds of Chesters Farm. Close to Gifford and Garvald, Birchbank sits in a lovely spot at the foot of East Lothian's Lammermuir Hills. It is a great location for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and golfers. There is a vast open garden with field views.

Birchbank has been recently redeveloped to create a wonderful light-filled living space while remaining faithful to the rural setting. It has the comfort of double glazing, a log burning stove and underfloor heating! The living area is open-plan and takes maximum advantage of the exceptional views. The property's south-facing aspect means it is a lovely sunny spot to relax and unwind.
