Blackloch Cottage is a secluded cottage tucked away in a peaceful spot between Portpatrick & Stranraer in Dumfries and Galloway, looking out onto its own loch.
Inside, the cottage is all on one level with a sitting/dining room with cosy wood-burning stove and stunning loch views, a modern kitchen, three double bedrooms and a twin room. Outside are grassed gardens and a fully stocked, 10 acre loch just 50 metres away where guests can fish.
There is a bar in walking distance and a grocery shop at Leswalt (1m). There are four golf courses in easy reach and the Southern Upland Way can also be picked up near the cottage. The Kirroughtree mountain biking centre is only an hour’s drive away.
