Blaeberry Cottage is a bright, modern semi-detached cottage situated in a quiet no-through road close to the centre of Aviemore, with stunning views of the Cairngorms. The accommodation is all ground floor level. There are 2 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 5. Blaeberry Cottage has an enclosed garden, secure bike store and BBQ.

The cottage is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Aviemore and the views of the Cairngorm Mountain Range are just stunning. The location couldn't be better - take an easy walk or cycle from our doorstep and within minutes you will be enjoying the great Scottish outdoors. Head in the other direction and the cafes, restaurants, shops and bars of Aviemore await.

Blaeberry Cottage has a very well equipped kitchen so you won’t be limited as to what you can cook! There is a Freeview TV and DVD player in the living room and double bedroom, with a large selection of DVDs, books and games for cosy nights in. There are also guidebooks and maps on the local area, which you are welcome to use throughout your stay. The cottage is non-smoking and electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, so there are no hidden extras.

There is a fully enclosed back garden with enough room for children to play safely. There is a purpose-built BBQ and secure shed for storing bikes and other outdoor equipment that you bring with you. There is also an outside tap and hose for washing bikes and muddy boots. You’ll also find a small selection of outdoor toys and a couple of sledges for winter time! There is off-street parking for 2 cars.
