Charming guesthouse situated in the pedestrian precinct in Arbroath. Built in 1734 with many original features including stained glass windows, ornate cornicing and wrought iron balustrade staircase.

Five rooms with luxurious beds, crisp white linen, flat screen TVs and complimentary tea and coffee. Our full Scottish breakfast is highly recommended and will set you up for your day ahead. We can also provide a grab & go breakfast option upon request

There is an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and even a theatre all on the doorstep. The harbour, beach and cliffs are a short stroll away and the bus and train stations are a five minute walk. There are fine views of Arbroath Abbey from many of the bedrooms.
