Blervie House is a historic Scottish listed Country house, located just 30 minutes from Inverness airport. This 5 Star Guesthouse has recently undergone a significant renovation resulting in a comfortable house that combines the best of Stately Home elegance with twenty first century modern conveniences. Situated in the middle of the Malt Whisky Trail, surrounded by many excellent golf courses, with Dolphin watching and many Castles closeby the area offers lots of activities for guests. Blervie House itself sits in nearly 300 acres of grounds and has extensive views over the Moray Firth and the North Coast of Scotland for guests to enjoy.
All 12 bedrooms are larger than you might expect with wonderful views. All the furnishings are top quality and many have an interesting story to tell of how they came to be here, all soft furnishings are likewise quality including Hungarian Goose Down duvets providing everything you would hope for in order to enjoy your time at Blervie.
We are members of Visit Scotland’s Good To Go Certification and as such we are taking all necessary precautions to protect you our valuable guests, our staff and ourselves in these changing times. As you would expect from a 5 Star Establishment we are going above and beyond what is considered the norm and to this end all Guest Rooms and Public Spaces will be additionally sanitised with UV Light Machines.

The house is spacious enough to allow Social Distancing and we have introduced additional measures to enhance this. Moray enjoys the benefit of being on the end of the Gulf Stream in the Moray Firth which has the third longest sunshine area in the UK this gives the area a pleasant temperature, exceptional hours of summer sunshine and generally makes it ideal for outdoor activities. For those of you exploring Moray there is so much to do you may need to reconsider the amount of time you are planning on staying – walking, golf, castles, cycling, whisky distilleries, beaches, wildlife are just a few things you could do – or even just sit in the garden and contemplate. Take time to look around at the wildlife living on the estate, deer, and red squirrels and don’t forget Charlie the Peacock. Blervie is an easy 30-minute drive from Inverness airport yet miles away in terms of solitude and scenery.
